Jennifer Hanson Crockwell, CPA, CA, TEP

Jennifer Hanson Crockwell brings over two decades of experience in Bermuda’s trust and fiduciary sector, working closely with ultra-high-net-worth families and their global advisers. 

As Head of Trust and Family Office at Clarien, Jennifer plays a pivotal role in the strategic development of the Bank’s Wealth platform, with a focus on structuring and managing complex trust and family office relationships. 

Her career spans leadership roles in accounting, compliance and fiduciary services at Bermuda-based firms and global professional services providers. She also served as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for a private company in Bermuda. 

Jennifer is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and a full member of STEP (TEP). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (with Great Distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan. 

Stephanie J Smith

Senior Corporate Administrator

Stephanie J Smith brings more than 20 years of experience in Bermuda’s corporate and trust administration sector, working with both local and international clients across a range of corporate and fiduciary structures.

As Senior Corporate Administrator at Clarien, Stephanie provides corporate administration services to external entities under CCSL’s administration and corporate secretarial support to the Bank and its subsidiaries, with a focus on maintaining statutory records, and ensuring regulatory obligations are met.

Her career spans senior roles in corporate and trust administration with leading Bermuda-based service providers, where she managed portfolios of trust and corporate entities and supervised administration teams.

Stephanie holds a Canadian ICSA Branch Certificate in Corporate Procedures I & II, Certificate in International Trust Management from STEP and a Law Degree (LLB (Hons)).

Jill-Deoin Jennings, AICA

Senior Corporate Administrator

Jill Jennings brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate administration, compliance and trust services within Bermuda’s financial services sector.

As Senior Corporate Administrator at Clarien, Jill provides corporate secretarial and governance support, including maintaining corporate records, coordinating board and shareholder meetings and ensuring compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

Her career includes roles with Conyers Dill & Pearman, ADL Compliance and the Bermuda Monetary Authority, where she gained extensive experience in regulatory compliance, corporate governance and fiduciary administration.

Jill holds an Advanced Certificate in Business Compliance from the International Compliance Association, STEP certifications in international trust management and company law and practice, and ICSA corporate secretarial qualifications.
