To successfully capture your passport photo page, please consider the following:
- Please be sure that your photo page is clear of reflection or light glare.
- Check that the bottom barcode of your passport is not covered by your finger(s).
- Ensure that the corners of your photo page are straight and not bent.
- Please be sure that your entire photo page is captured, and that no areas of the page are cropped.
*Note: The entire barcode at the bottom of the page must be fully visible and captured — not clipped — for successful document submission.
