Clarien’s Alerts & Controls App lets you personalise when, where and how your credit and debit cards are used.

Available on iOS and Android devices, the Clarien Alerts and Controls app empowers you to:

Enable location-based purchases – Allow card use only in user’s proximity for card-present purchases (based on 5- mile radius from mobile location)

Select specific merchants – Select only specific merchant categories for purchase such as gas, groceries, travel, department stores, etc.

Choose transaction types – Allow in-store, eCommerce, ATM, recurring, contactless…

Switch – Turn card on/off

Getting Started

• Download the Clarien Alerts & Controls App:

  Google Play Store (Android): https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.clarien.alerts&hl=en
• Select New User during your initial registration.
• Create your account profile.
• Add your Clarien Bank card(s).
• You can now begin personalising your alerts and controls using the app.
