SafeKey Verification 

For the enhanced safety of our clients and employees, please be advised that Clarien will implement SafeKey verification effective Monday, November 22. Please note the following requirements and exemptions:

SafeKey Verification Exempt: Clients completing teller transactions and/or conducting business where interaction with Clarien employees is limited to less than fifteen (15) minutes and can be conducted with masks on or behind Plexiglas barriers will not be required to provide evidence of SafeKey, given the reduced risk of close contact.

SafeKey Verification Required: All other clients are required to provide SafeKey verification. Proof of SafeKey verification and a valid ID will be required to enter all Clarien premises. Clients who are unable to provide SafeKey verification and proper ID will be invited to return once SafeKey verification is available, or to complete transactions at the Clarien iATM or iBank platforms, when possible.
