Melissa Buckley Pridham
Melissa Buckley Pridham is Senior Vice President, Head of Personal and Private Banking at Clarien. She leads the Bank’s Personal Banking, Lending and Private Banking teams, with responsibility for delivering a differentiated banking experience across the personal, affluent and private banking segments.
Since joining Clarien in 2015, Melissa has played a significant role in the growth and development of the Bank’s banking business. Appointed to her current role in 2026, she now leads all non-commercial banking activities under a unified leadership structure, working closely with colleagues across Wealth Management to provide integrated solutions for clients.
Before joining Clarien, Melissa worked in public relations and media management, advising clients on brand strategy, executive communications and media engagement. She also owned and operated a hospitality business in Halifax, Canada, gaining practical experience in business management, financial planning, and team leadership.
Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Dalhousie University and an Advanced Diploma in Public Relations from Eastern College in Halifax.
Stephen Petty
Stephen Petty is President of the Bermuda Triathlon Association and one of its founding members. He has been closely involved with the Association since the 1980s and has played an important role in the development of triathlon in Bermuda.
Over the years, Stephen has served the Association in several roles, including several terms as President. He has also helped introduce and support community initiatives, including the Iron Kids Triathlon, which has encouraged young people in Bermuda to take part in the sport.
Stephen has represented Bermuda at multiple age-group triathlon world championships and remains active as both a competitor and a race organiser. He brings extensive knowledge of the local and international triathlon scene, as well as long experience in helping the sport grow in Bermuda.
