Andrew Parsons - Director
Andrew Parsons is a Bermudian finance executive and board director with a significant career spanning public utilities, accountancy, and financial governance.
He began his career in 1983 as an auditor with a global professional services firm, later joining Bermuda’s electric utility provider, where he progressed from Senior Financial Accountant to President over the course of his tenure.
Andrew has served on the boards of Clarien Limited and Clarien Bank for more than seven years, including as Chair of the Audit Committee. His previous leadership roles include President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bermuda and Treasurer of the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce, where he also sat on the Executive and Management Committees.
He has lectured at the City Colleges of Chicago and Bermuda College and served as a moderator for the CMA Professional Programme.
