1. Eligibility
1.1. This promotion (“Promotion”) is open to individuals who:

• Apply for a new or used vehicle loan with Clarien between 6 January 2026 and 31 January 2026 (“Promotional Period”), and
• Are approved for and fund a qualifying vehicle loan

1.2. Applicants must be residents of, at least 18 years of age, and meet all credit and underwriting requirements.
1.3. Employees of Clarien, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotional Gift
2.1. Eligible customers will receive a Gibbons’ Company gift card valued at $50 (“Gift”).
2.2. The Gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or credit.
2.3. Clarien Bank is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards, or terms imposed by the gift card issuer.

3. Qualifying Loans
3.1. Only consumer vehicle loans (new or used) originated directly through Clarien’s online portal qualify.
3.2. Commercial, lease, or fleet loans are excluded from this Promotion.

4. Limitations
4.1. Limit one (1) Gift per funded loan and one (1) Gift per customer during the Promotional Period.
4.2. Applications submitted before or after the Promotional Period do not qualify.
4.3. Loan applications that are withdrawn, denied, or not funded do not qualify.

5. Release & Liability
5.1. By participating, customers agree that Clarien is not responsible for:

• Delays in loan processing or gift card delivery;
• Errors, technical failures, or interruptions;
• Acts of third-party gift card providers.

6. Promotional Modifications
6.1. Clarien may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.2. In the event of cancellation, customers who have already funded qualifying loans during the promotional period will receive the gift cards.
