Sandra Glasgow - Director
Sandra Glasgow is a recognised leader in entrepreneurial development and angel investing across the Caribbean, with deep expertise in innovation, governance and business growth.
She is the founder and Managing Director of BizTactics Limited, co-founder of Jamaica’s first angel investor network, and Managing Director of a regional business incubator supporting early-stage ventures. Sandra also serves as Vice President for the Caribbean at the Latin America and Caribbean Business Angels Network and represents Jamaica at the World Business Angels Investment Forum.
In addition to her entrepreneurial work, Sandra is a highly experienced board director and governance expert. She serves on the boards of several listed companies and non-profit organisations and chairs the Risk Committees of both a regional banking group and its principal operating subsidiary. She is also Chairperson and Trustee of the SMART Retirement Fund and holds several other public service appointments.
Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. She was named Jamaica’s Eisenhower Fellow in 2000.
