Gregory Winston Slayton – Director

Since 2009, Mr. Slayton has served as Managing Director of Slayton Capital, an American private venture capital firm now active in China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan. He is a Distinguished Visiting Professor at the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, and a visiting lecturer at the Dartmouth, Harvard and Stanford business schools. Mr. Slayton is also the author of Be a Better Father Today: Ten Tools Every Father Needs. From 2005 to 2009, he served as the United States Chief of Mission to Bermuda. Prior to serving as American Consul General, Mr. Slayton was president and CEO of ClickAction Inc. and MySoftware from 1998 to 2002. Earlier, he was president of Paragraph International; Senior Vice President, CFO and co-founder of Worlds Inc., a leader in virtual reality modeling language; and CFO of Paramount Technology Group. He began his career with McKinsey & Company where he served in its Buenos Aires, Paris, and New York offices. Mr. Slayton is Chairman of the Slayton Family foundation, the Fellowship of Fathers Foundation and a director of other non-profit and for-profit organizations.  He earned a BA in economics magna cum laude and Masters in Asian Studies from Dartmouth College as well as an Honors MBA from Harvard Business School.
