Regina Simmons – SVP, Head of Enterprise Operations

Regina Simmons is the Head of Enterprise Operations at Clarien Bank with oversight of Banking Operations, Branch Operations, Credit Operations, Investment Operations, Physical Security & Premises, Procurement & Vendor Management, and Reconciliations. As a seasoned manager with over 19 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Mrs. Simmons spent over 15 years at HSBC with roles including Head of Commercial Banking Credit, Head of Middle Office, and Head of the Business Banking Center. Her background includes front and back office branch operations, treasury operations, and reconciliation at HSBC, Comerica Bank, and Bank of America. Mrs. Simmons, a former Summer Intern at The White House in Washington D.C. (in Summer 1996), is also a graduate of the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) where she obtained a Bachelor degree in Psychology with a minor in Political Science.
