Qing (Judy) Lutkin - SVP, Head of Investment Management
Judy Lutkin leads Clarien’s investment management function, overseeing the Bank’s discretionary portfolios and the Global Voyager mutual fund family. She chairs the Investment Committee and is responsible for setting strategy, managing risk, and aligning investment execution with client goals.
Before joining Clarien, Judy managed institutional assets as a Portfolio Manager at a Bermuda-based investment firm, with a focus on customised strategies for captive insurers and large investors. Earlier in her career, she worked in market strategy and business development at the Chinese subsidiary of a global manufacturing group.
Judy holds a BSc in Economics from Hubei University and an MBA in International Business from the University of Birmingham, UK. She is a CFA charterholder.
