Minish Parikh - Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Minish Parikh has led complex banking operations across four continents, bringing the global systems expertise and operational resilience that underpin Clarien’s high-performing platform.
Minish is Chief Operating Officer at Clarien Bank, responsible for overseeing daily operations, technology and change management, enabling strategic execution across the Bank. He joined Clarien Bank in 2017, bringing more than 30 years of experience in banking operations and technology leadership across Canada, the Caribbean, the Middle East and India.
Prior to Clarien, Minish held senior roles at a major North American bank, including Executive Consultant for Operations and Technology and Chief Administrative Officer at its regional Caribbean subsidiary. He also served as COO at a leading Jamaican commercial bank and held executive roles at India’s largest public sector bank and a regional Middle Eastern bank.
Minish holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Chemistry from Gujarat University, is a Certified Associate (Banking) from the Indian Institute of Bankers, and is an alumnus of the London Business School.
