Welcome to Clarien iBank – our new online banking experience
Clarien’s online banking system is all new and upgraded with extra security features. It’s time to set up your new profile.
Before you begin, you need a few things:
1. Your Welcome email from Clarien, which includes:
- Your new Customer ID
- Make sure you remember your current iBank Username. You will need it to register.
2. Your mobile device
- Download the Clarien iMobile app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
- Download the Clarien iSecure app (soft token) from the App Store (iOS)
or Google Play (Android). - To receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via text message for verification
- To scan the QR code to to enroll your iSecure app
3. A desktop computer, laptop or tablet
- To access your email and configure your Clarien iBank account
- To receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via email for verification
- To display a QR code to enroll your iSecure app
The entire process should take no longer than 10 minutes. First you will need to register your iSecure app (soft token) in 5 easy steps. Once completed, you will be asked to set a new password for your iBank online banking access. Following that, you will also have the opportunity to enroll for iMobile, our new mobile banking app.
