Gavin Jordan brings over 20 years of leadership experience in accounting, financial management, and strategic operations, with expertise spanning financial services, food manufacturing, and distribution sectors. He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Cornerstone United Holdings Jamaica Limited, where he oversees operational efficiency, digital transformation, and strategic growth initiatives.

Gavin began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Auditor, where he developed a strong foundation in financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients. This early experience equipped him with a deep understanding of best practices in financial management and corporate governance, which he has carried throughout his career.

Following PwC, Gavin held key leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer at GraceKennedy Financial Group, where he had executive oversight of the finance division for a portfolio of companies in banking, securities dealing, insurance, and remittance services. He also served as Director of Finance at the Carreras Group, driving financial optimization and corporate governance improvements.

Gavin rejoined GraceKennedy Group as Chief Financial Officer for GraceKennedy Foods (USA), Inc. and Divisional Chief Financial Officer for GraceKennedy Foods. In these roles, he provided financial leadership to both local and international subsidiaries, supported divisional strategy development, and successfully executed strategic initiatives that drove profitability and operational excellence.
